Clinical Applications Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Serve as a primary technical support contact for customers using clinical and oncology applications.
• Investigate application incidents and service requests by gathering relevant information
• Work directly with clinicians, hospital IT teams, and clinical application users to troubleshoot
• Support issues involving clinical workflows, treatment planning, orders, documentation
• Investigate integration and clinical data issues involving FHIR, APIs, databases, interfaces, and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience supporting clinical applications, healthcare software, or healthcare
• Experience working directly with clinicians, healthcare users, hospital IT teams, or clinical
