📋 Description

• Clinical Assistant (LPN or CMA) travels to senior living communities.
• Pre-visit planning, chart prep, screenings, and med reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and update records between visits.
• Assist providers and support efficient clinical flow.
• Perform minor procedures under provider supervision.
• Monitor portal messages and support patient care.

🎯 Requirements

• Active LPN license required.
• Active CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
