Clinical Assistant (LPN or CMA)

📋 Description

• Travel to senior living communities with a provider team.
• Pre-visit planning, chart prep, and patient screenings.
• Reconcile medications; maintain accurate patient charts.
• Perform minor procedures under provider supervision.
• Monitor portal messages; coordinate care across sites.
• Assist with e-prescriptions and orders under supervision.

🎯 Requirements

• Active LPN license or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care notes
• Ability to assist providers and facilitate efficient clinical flow
• Proficient with electronic medical record systems; 45+ WPM typing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
