Clinical Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate oncology-related business and system requirements to ensure
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions with physicians, nurses, nurse
• Conduct business process analysis and gap assessments to identify opportunities for workflow
• Support the design and development of standardized oncology order sets, computerized provider order
• Develop detailed solution designs, process maps, use cases, user stories, and business analysis
• Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to align clinical requirements with technical capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• A university degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related
• At least 5 years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst, Clinical Informatics Analyst, or in
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with large-scale acute-care Electronic Health Record
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Clinical Informatics Analyst on healthcare
• Demonstrated knowledge of oncology workflows, standardized order sets, CPOE, clinical documentation
• Proven ability to perform requirements elicitation, business process mapping, gap analysis
