Clinical Care Navigator - After Hours

📋 Description

• Manage crises and provide in-the-moment phone support to clients.
• Connect clients to high-quality providers and facilities.
• Work exclusively by phone and email; no in-person therapy.
• Collaborate with teams to improve access to mental health care.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s in clinical social work or equivalent; LCSW or licensure.
• Bachelor’s in nursing (RN); two years psychiatric intake/related experience.
• Two years post-license experience; EAP/clinical call center preferred.
• Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations (suicidality, mandated reporting).
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred, not required.
• Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
