📋 Description

• Provide first point of contact for Lyra Israel employees
• Deliver services to callers per standards with Clinical & Operations Manager
• Accurately capture information on the database for clinical management
• Adhere to clinical protocols, standards, and procedures per manager
• Adhere to operational standards per manager

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Psychology or Social Work (essential)
• Registration with the relevant Israeli professional body
• Minimum of 2 years post-master’s experience
• Able to provide short-term counseling and case management
• Preference for candidates with an EAP background
