📋 Description

• Provide single-session counselling and in-the-moment emotional support through telephone, video
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine client needs and suitability for short-term
• Provide crisis intervention and effectively manage high-risk situations, working collaboratively
• Support clients experiencing mental health symptoms, substance use concerns, relationship or family
• Apply evidence-informed short-term counselling approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy
• Develop clear and concise treatment or support plans based on individual client needs and clinical
