📋 Description

• Architect FHIR-compliant clinical data models that align with applicable implementation guides
• Design and operationalize data harmonization and enrichment strategies that unify disparate
• Develop and maintain scalable FHIR-to-OMOP transformation pipelines using dbt and SQL.
• Standardize healthcare data using clinical terminologies and ontologies such as SNOMED CT, LOINC
• Design and manage custom value sets to address specialized clinical and research requirements.
• Establish validation frameworks and algorithms that ensure clinical accuracy, consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare data architecture, clinical informatics, or a
• Strong experience with healthcare data models and interoperability standards, including OMOP, FHIR
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience integrating and transforming
• Demonstrated understanding of clinical data structures, healthcare terminology, interoperability
• Experience designing or implementing healthcare data architecture and integration solutions.
