📋 Description

• Create new orders in LIMS and ensure proper accessioning.
• Accession samples with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Enter patient data into LIMS accurately and keep records up-to-date.
• Scan test requisitions; ensure paperwork belongs to patient and upload to case.
• Protect PHI and ensure HIPAA/privacy compliance; handle samples safely.
• Follow SOPs; keep workstation tidy and complete trainings within 30 days.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 year of related experience.
• Prior computer experience required.
• Prior data entry experience preferred.
