📋 Description

• Lead CDSO study teams and align with program/study strategies
• Act as CDSO operational lead for assigned studies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet objectives
• Use analytics/tools to optimize program execution and reporting
• Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH and AbbVie SOPs
• Mentor Data Science Associates and support CDSO innovations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in business/CS/biomedical fields; Master’s preferred
• 3+ years pharma/clinical data experience or 5+ years PM experience
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes
• Proven leadership and ability to influence without authority
• Effective communication and analytical skills
