📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a regional Supervising Clinician team.
• Recruit, hire, and develop BCBAs to deliver ABA therapy.
• Train Supervising Clinicians in program development and handle challenges.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one reviews of performance and client progress.
• Oversee quarterly assessments to ensure quality and consistency.
• Ensure appropriate case assignment and productivity standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; BCBA Master’s; BACB certification.
• 2+ years working with children with autism; supervision/leadership.
• Crisis management experience preferred; strong communication skills.
• Experience with ABA software and platforms; tech proficiency.
• Knowledge of state/federal laws and Medicaid/Tricare programs; compliance.
• Valid driver's license with car insurance.
