📋 Description

• Coordinate emergency and non-emergency medical consultations between hospital clinical staff
• Manage incoming consultation requests throughout the entire consultation coordination lifecycle
• Prioritize and dispatch consultations across multiple clinical service lines according to urgency
• Use approved workflows and computer-aided dispatch systems to assess requests, determine
• Monitor and maintain consultation queues, ensuring requests are prioritized appropriately and

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required.
• At least one year of experience in a call center, healthcare, information technology, or a related
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills, with a strong commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with communication and collaboration
• Ability to learn and navigate new software, dispatch platforms, and technology systems efficiently.
