Clinical Evaluator, AI Products (Contract)

📋 Description

• Review output from AI tools across Headway's patient and provider products for clinical accuracy
• Apply evaluation rubrics and help improve them. Use clinical judgment where a rubric falls short
• Take part in calibration sessions and inter-rater reliability rounds, working through ambiguous
• Work with the Clinical Product team to turn clinical feedback into specific rubric or output
• Take on other evaluation work as AI programs grow, such as labeling datasets and reviewing new
• Complete all review and feedback work within Headway's designated systems, adhering to HIPAA and

🎯 Requirements

• Current licensed therapist or professional counselor with independent, unrestricted license and 3+
• Strong grasp of risk assessment, safety planning, documentation standards, and ability to notice
• Comfortable working alongside AI-assisted review tools, critically evaluating model output and
• Ability to explain clinical reasoning clearly in writing and adapt views when peers or data make a
• Comfortable working through ambiguous edge cases with peers to reach consistent, well-reasoned
• Comfortable adapting to various healthcare technology platforms and evolving workflows.

🎁 Benefits

• $125 per hour for contracted Clinical Evaluator roles
• Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
