📋 Description

• Manage and deliver training programs in Cortica’s whole-child approach.
• Coordinate orientation for new hires in ABA and other disciplines.
• Ensure the quality of clinical services across centers.
• Serve as local subject matter expert for Cortica’s approach.
• Oversee ABA treatment programming and supervise teammates.
• Lead in-person orientation with center leadership and SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• 5+ years of clinical/operational ABA leadership.
• 3+ years of leadership in high-growth or large-scale org.
• Monthly supervision of RBTs/BCATs; 5% supervision hours.
• Audit/observe clinicians to uphold whole-child standards.
• Maintain licensure as required for states of practice.
