📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth with direct sales to MFMs, OB/GYNs, and genetic counselors.
• Prospect, cultivate, and maintain key relationships to grow territory.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow revenue in territory.
• Support existing and new products with clinical expertise and training.
• Access PHI sources and complete HIPAA/privacy/compliance training within 30 days.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive success and meet targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; science, nursing, or related healthcare preferred.
• 3+ years physician sales in diagnostic laboratory industry, genetics ideal.
• Strong background in medical/biological sciences; clinical diagnostics a plus.
• Deep OB/GYN and MFM market knowledge with proven selling success.
• Track record launching new products and rapid revenue growth in new markets.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail, and Salesforce.
