Clinical Field Specialist

📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth via direct engagement with MFMs and OB/GYNs
• Build and maintain relationships; develop strategic business plans
• Support established and new products with clinical expertise and training
• Execute sales strategies to grow in your geography
• Collaborate with PHI access and comply with HIPAA/PHI/privacy policies
• Complete required training within 30 days and maintain Natera training status

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; science/healthcare fields preferred
• 3+ years physician sales in diagnostic lab industry, genetics preferred
• Strong background in medical/biological sciences; clinical diagnostics a plus
• Deep understanding of OB/GYN and MFM markets with proven sales success
• Experience launching new products and growing revenue in new markets
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail, and Salesforce
