Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve
Participate in RFPs, client proposals, client meetings & sales calls as directed by supervisor.
Produce solid and effective strategies based on data reports and analysis to impact business
Identify training needs for staff in clinical/bill review/insurance programs.
Understand system tools and procedures and guide the operations team on improving service
