Clinical Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Conduct live virtual training for clinicians across specialties and healthcare settings, lead
• Develop and continuously maintain clinical training curricula, job aids, specialty-specific
• Identify, recruit, and develop Clinical Champions based on adoption data and field relationships
• Develop implementation plans for new and scaling sites, assess clinical workflows and integration
• Identify recurring implementation patterns, document successful interventions and failure modes
• Build a deep understanding of how AI-generated documentation, prompts, and templates influence

🎯 Requirements

• Active clinical license as an RN, NP, PA, PharmD, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of direct
• Experience with implementation science frameworks such as RE-AIM or CFIR, or comparable structured
• Direct or adjacent experience with AI/NLP prompt design, prompt evaluation, clinical documentation
• Comfortable using product analytics and dashboards to identify adoption patterns, recurring
• At least 3 years of experience developing and delivering clinical education or healthcare IT
• Experience delivering virtual training to groups ranging from small teams to 100+ participants.
