📋 Description

• Own training materials and staff support across multiple clinics
• Standardize workflows across sites and integrations
• Deliver EHR and clinical system training onsite and remotely
• Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, quick references
• Facilitate cross-site communications and go-live support
• Monitor adoption and gather feedback for improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in healthcare IT, EHR support, or workflow optimization
• Experience redesigning clinical or admin workflows
• Proven ability to deliver multi-system end-user training
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience creating end-user docs, workflow maps, and training materials
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and train staff
• Willingness to travel to Rhode Island practice sites
