📋 Description

• Assist in testing of patient samples according to SOP.
• Maintain equipment and ensure calibration/expiration dates.
• Meet expected performance metrics for the role.
• Provide guidance for new team members.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace per GLP.
• Escalate and troubleshoot equipment issues per procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in a biological science or related field.
• 0-2 years of industry-related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, computer, and technical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Word processing and data management.
• Must discern color visually; HIPAA/PHI training within 30 days.
