Clinical Lab Scientist I

📋 Description

• Verify specimens and perform tests as required
• Analyze clinical lab specimens per standard methods with minimal errors
• Maintain updated knowledge of methods and adhere to GLP and proper documentation
• Follow GLP; keep workspace clean and organized
• Participate in training and meet deadlines; assist lead when supervisor unavailable
• Train on specialized instrument protocols and troubleshoot equipment issues

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as Medical Technologist or equivalent in a clinical laboratory
• BS/BA in Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, or related field
• Current California CLS license (Clinical Laboratory Science - Generalist) or CGMBS license
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, computer, troubleshooting, and pipetting skills
• Experience in Molecular Biology
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
