📋 Description

• Verify proper specimen and perform required tests.
• Analyze clinical specimens per standard methods.
• Maintain updated knowledge of lab methods.
• Follow GLP; keep workspace clean and organized.
• Train on instrument protocols (super users).
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate deviations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience as Medical Technologist or equivalent in a clinical lab.
• BS/BA in Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, or related field.
• Current California CLS license or CGMBS license.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in Molecular Biology; data management and computer skills.
