Clinical Leader (Clinical Development Scientist I / II), Immunology

📋 Description

• Lead clinical development activities for Japan, including JCDP alignment with regulatory
• Manage external KOLs, attend conferences to identify unmet medical needs in Japanese practice.
• Coordinate with Global teams and PMDA during meetings and consultations.
• Interpret clinical study results and develop submission strategies for CTD clinical sections.
• Oversee study timelines with monitoring team and ensure patient safety in Japan.
• Lead cross-functional Clinical Working Team and drive documentation preparation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in clinical development or equivalent knowledge.
• Graduate from medical/health sciences and/or life-science field; master/PhD preferable.
• Medical Doctor, Veterinarian, Pharmacist, or related degree/licensed is preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical development for designated therapeutic area; ability to acquire knowledge.
• English communication: TOEIC 800+ or equivalent.
• Leadership, coaching, team building, communication in Japanese and English, facilitation, medical
