Clinical Leader (Clinical Development Scientist I / II), Immunology

📋 Description

• The CDS collects and understands information to formulate clinical development strategies in Japan.
• Leads Japan Clinical Development Plan (JCDP) and aligns with global and regulatory expectations.
• Directs major discussions with Global and regulatory authorities to reach agreement.
• Interprets clinical study results and develops submission strategies for regulatory submissions.
• Oversees study timelines with monitoring team; collaborates to ensure patient safety in Japan.
• Leads cross-functional Clinical Working Team and educates internal staff as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years in clinical development or equivalent knowledge.
• Graduate from Medical School, Nursing, Pharmacy, Science/Agriculture or life-science; advanced
• Knowledge of clinical development in the assigned therapeutic area; English ability (TOEIC 800+ or
• Leadership, coaching, team building, communication (Japanese and English), facilitation, and
• Experience coordinating with global teams and regulators; strong stakeholder management.
