📋 Description

• Lead, supervise, mentor, and evaluate Nurse Practitioners and other clinical team members
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and workload management to maintain
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to Nurse Practitioners, supporting evidence-based
• Provide direct patient care when needed to maintain clinical expertise and support staffing
• Oversee clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with electronic
• Partner with leadership to establish clinical goals, policies, procedures, and operational

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
• 5+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• 2+ years of leadership or people-management experience within a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated experience in functional medicine required.
• At least 1 year of telemedicine experience.
• Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
