Clinical Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and motivate clinical staff to deliver outstanding patient care
• Conduct clinical assessments and supervisory visits in Cuyahoga Falls area
• Develop individualized care plans; oversee service implementation
• Supervise and support RNs, PTs, OTs, SLPs and field staff
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding
• Review and monitor clinical documentation in Home Care Home Base

🎯 Requirements

• RN with at least 2 years of experience
• Home Health and OASIS experience required (1+ year)
• Acute care, medical-surgical, or sub-acute exp a plus
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to build relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
