Clinical Manager, Home Health

📋 Description

• Lead internal case management and clinical oversight for Home Health (Medicare-certified).
• Direct field staff development, supervision, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, client-centered care reflecting BAYADA values.
• Drive regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and documentation accuracy from start of care
• Collaborate with office leadership, clinicians, and payers to optimize outcomes and minimize

🎯 Requirements

• RN license in good standing in CO; Bachelor’s preferred (education: nursing program graduate).
• Minimum two years nursing experience; home health/home care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience with coaching and performance development.
• Clinical skills: assessment, care planning, case management; strong communication and team-building.
• Ability to meet BAYADA policies, regulatory standards, and documentation requirements.
• Proven ability to manage productivity, performance, and collaboration across offices.
