Clinical Manager, Home Health

📋 Description

• Provide clinical leadership to field nurses and home health clinicians.
• Lead client assessments, care planning, and case management per orders and BAYADA standards.
• Review documentation and field performance to ensure timely, high-quality care.
• Coach clinicians in clinical judgment, safety, and care planning.
• Conduct supervisory visits to observe care and coach staff as needed.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop clinical staff with office leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Pennsylvania.
• At least two years of nursing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, supervision, and team development experience.
• Strong assessment, coordination, documentation, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coach clinicians and ensure accountability.
