📋 Description

  • Learn Natera products, services, policies, and payer landscape.
  • Achieve sales objectives; manage revenue and expenses.
  • Develop and maintain KOL relationships.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of sales experience (Oncology/Diagnostics preferred).
  • Knowledge of local oncology market, molecular diagnostics, and reimbursement.
  • Leadership and financial management; strong written and oral communications.
  • Travel up to 50–75% within territory.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced startup.
