Support CRA staff in start up activities such as country and site feasibility, timelines, site
Support Senior COM, CCOM and other functions to develop and implement proactive Country Approval
Support country and site activation strategy, including IRB/EC submissions, site document
Collect and analyze benchmarking data across disease areas/indications for strategic start up plans
Liaise with cross-functional staff on templates and systematic processes for study start up
Track progress against study start up timelines and milestones, escalate risks to CCOM and Senior

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor OR Master Degree, health related (e.g. Medical, Scientific, Nursing, Pharmacy) preferred
At least 2 years experience as a people manager or project manager
CRA background and knowledgeable for the life cycle of clinical trials
Familiar with SSU activities
Familiar with HGRAC management
Strong personality of result driven
