📋 Description

  • Provide strategic oversight of COLs and regional CRAs to ensure compliance.
  • Lead study-level monitoring and site management deliverables.
  • Oversee country/site startup, feasibility, and vendor management.
  • Serve as primary liaison with sponsors, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Train, mentor, and assess CRAs on procedures and performance standards.
  • Oversee trial management for smaller studies and budgets.

🎯 Requirements

  • COL: minimum 1 year experience + Honours Bachelor Degree
  • Sr. COL: minimum 3 years experience + Honours Bachelor Degree
