Clinical Operations Lead (Clinical Trial Manager)

📋 Description

• Oversee regional CRAs and investigator sites per protocol and ICH-GCP.
• Provide monitoring support visits to ensure compliance and quality.
• Coordinate startup, recruitment strategies and study tools development.
• Manage site/country performance, escalations, and deliverables.
• Support vendor management and study deliverables with the clinical team.
• Conduct CRA assessment visits and training for regional CRAs.

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma/degree with 7-9 years related clinical experience.
• Or Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years' experience and ongoing training.
• Health Sciences/Life Sciences or Nursing preferred; SoCRA/ACRP certs.
• Minimum 3 years CRA experience; strong EDC and MS Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Solid knowledge of GCP/ICH and local regulations.
