📋 Description

• Oversee regional/global clinical operations and CRA sites.
• Lead monitoring, site management, and adherence to GCP/ICH.
• Train CRAs, perform assessment visits, and monitor enrollments.
• Develop monitoring plans and oversee visit scheduling and metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma/degree with 7-9 years' related experience.
• Or Undergraduate degree with 4-6 years' experience.
• Health Sciences or Nursing preferred; SoCRA/ACRP certs.
• Minimum 3 years CRA experience; strong EDC systems.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong written/verbal communication.
• Knowledge of GCP and local regulations; highly organized.
