Clinical Operations Lead (Clinical Trial Manager)

📋 Description

• Provide regional/global clinical operations oversight for projects.
• Oversee CRAs and investigator sites per Monitoring Plan and GCP.
• Serve as primary liaison between CRAs and the clinical project team.
• Train/mentor CRAs; conduct assessment visits; enrollment strategies.
• Prepare monitoring plan; oversee scheduling and performance metrics.
• Develop study tools for sites/CRAs; review visit reports and deviations.

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma/degree with 7-9 years experience and ongoing training.
• Undergraduate degree with 4-6 years experience and ongoing training.
• Health Sciences/Life Sciences/Nursing preferred; SoCRA/ACRP certification desirable.
• Minimum 3 years CRA experience; strong EDC systems; MS Office proficient.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized; proactive.
• Knowledge of GCPs and local regulations; ability to review reports.
