Clinical Operations Lead (Clinical Trial Manager) (India)

📋 Description

• Responsible for clinical operations of a project at regional/global level.
• Oversees CRAs and investigator sites per monitoring plan, GCP, and local regs.
• Acts as primary liaison between CRAs and the clinical project team.
• Provides training and mentoring to regional CRAs on study procedures and timelines.
• Implements enrollment strategies and monitors study progress.
• Develops study tools, reviews visit reports, and tracks protocol deviations.

🎯 Requirements

• Health Sciences, Life Sciences or Nursing background preferred; SoCRA/ACRP certification.
• Minimum 3 years CRA experience; strong EDC and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, task-driven and highly organized.
• Knowledge of GCP and local regulations as they relate to monitoring and IRB/EC responsibilities.
• Report writing ability and understanding of clinical documents; multitasking.
