Clinical Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical operations of a project regionally/global.
• Manage deliverables, CRAs, and investigator sites per plan and GCP.
• Serve as liaison between CRAs and the clinical project team.
• Train CRAs; conduct assessment visits and monitor enrollment strategies.
• Prepare monitoring plan and related documentation.
• Oversee visit scheduling, performance metrics, and issue escalation.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-9 years of related experience with ongoing training.
• Or Undergraduate degree with 4-6 years' related experience.
• Health Sciences, Life Sciences or Nursing preferred, or SoCRA/ACRP cert.
• Minimum 3 years CRA experience; strong EDC systems; MS Office.
• Strong written/verbal communication; highly organized.
• Knowledge of GCP and local regulations; IRB/EC responsibilities.
