Clinical Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Directly manage a remote team of medical assistants, providing guidance, support, and regular
• Manage daily operations of clinical staff, including planning, goal setting, and quality assurance
• Design and improve specific operational processes and guidelines to ensure high clinical quality
• Collaborate with the leadership and other stakeholders to implement policies and procedures and
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators to measure success and engagement across different
• Participate in hiring, training, and onboarding of new staff

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing multiple departments or functions, preferably with responsibility for building
• Experience building teams, processes, workflows, and SOPs rather than simply managing an
• Strong cross-functional management experience and the ability to support multiple departments
• Demonstrated ability to identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions
• Experience with resource allocation, staffing, capacity planning, and coverage across teams
• Strong people-management skills, including coaching managers and individual contributors
