Partner with Directors and Clinical leadership to mentor, educate, and support teams.
Oversee episodic case management and professional development for clinicians.
Serve as a consultant to office Directors; implement new processes and improvements.
Monitor quality, Star ratings, and adherence to BAYADA policies.
Support strategic planning for divisional growth and program design.

🎯 Requirements

Active compact RN license
BSN, MHA a plus
3-5 years in home health care
In-depth OASIS and Habilitation case management knowledge preferred
Proven expertise in episodic case management and multidisciplinary leadership
