Clinical Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own the clinical scheduling process on an eight-week cycle, coordinating schedule builds and
• Manage scheduling changes, including provider call-outs, upcoming paid time off (PTO) requests, and
• Configure and maintain synchronized visit scheduling systems, including provider availability and
• Review and approve clinical payroll records, including base hours, additional time, and applicable
• Support day-to-day clinical operational escalations by following established procedures
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new clinical hires, ensuring required operational arrangements

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare administration, scheduling
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
• Demonstrated experience managing recurring, detail-intensive operational workflows with accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and accountability, with the ability to identify potential issues early
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and
• Strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities, particularly when managing competing demands
