📋 Description

Provide hands-on pharmacist support to improve patient care.
Review notes for prior authorization and care plans.
Develop disease- and drug-specific adherence protocols.
Monitor adherence and EMR data across sites/diseases.
Review EMR for drug interactions, labs, allergies, and orders.
Recommend therapy changes to prescribers as appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

Licensed Pharmacist in SC and GA or TN.
PharmD or equivalent, licensed pharmacist.
1+ years of pharmacy experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Office; EPIC/QS1/WILLOW a plus.
Strong communication and HIPAA compliance knowledge.
