Clinical Product Lead

📋 Description

• Own the clinical requirements for how patient risk is detected and mitigated through our platform
• Serve as the Clinical Product Patient Safety partner for product features that carry the potential
• Audit product surfaces to identify patient safety gaps and collaborate with cross-functional
• Hold the clinical safety and quality bar for AI surfaces such as AI-generated clinical notes
• Resolve risk-ownership questions and ensure policies and the platform accurately reflect that
• Communicate tradeoffs clearly to non-clinical stakeholders and push back constructively when

🎯 Requirements

• Independently Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD) with 5+ years of post-graduate clinical
• Experience working inside a safety or quality system with confidence in risk assessment, safety
• Systems thinker able to identify the underlying model across disconnected escalation paths.
• Ability to work quickly and cross-functionally with engineers, product partners, and operations
• First-principles thinker who can break down fuzzy clinical concepts into concrete, actionable terms.
• Working understanding of AI model evaluation concepts such as precision, recall, and false positive
