📋 Description

• Provide high-quality 1-on-1 clinical support through telehealth and, where applicable, onsite
• Assess and support clients presenting with a broad range of mental health needs, including anxiety
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches to deliver safe, effective, and client-centred care.
• Work collaboratively with the internal clinical team to strengthen care programs, clinical
• Maintain a professional and supportive therapeutic environment while adapting care to individual
• Contribute clinical expertise and insights that help improve the overall quality and accessibility

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 300 post-master’s clinical hours.
• Strong practical expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based approaches
• Experience supporting a diverse range of adult mental health presentations and clinical needs.
• Fluency in English and the relevant local language.
• Strong clinical communication, active listening, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
