• Travel to provider practices and patient homes using imaging equipment.
• Support MA STAR, Commercial, Medicaid, MSSP quality programs.
• Proactive patient outreach to close quality gaps and educate on preventive care.
• Manage daily eye exam schedule and travel logistics; expenses covered.
• Collect and abstract quality data from EMR, claims, payer portals.

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to travel daily; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• 1–3 years healthcare experience.
• 2+ years in MA/Commercial/Medicaid/MSSP quality programs.
• Experience with EMR systems, medical records, data abstraction workflows.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams.
