Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator - Eye Exam Specialist

📋 Description

• Perform scheduled diabetic eye exams (retinal screenings) at provider practices and patient homes.
• Travel to appointments; company covers mileage and travel expenses.
• Support quality reporting and improvement across MA STAR, Commercial, Medicaid, MSSP.
• Identify quality gaps; collect/validate data across EMR, claims, and payer portals.
• Educate patients on preventive care and assist with scheduling screenings.
• Manage daily eye exam schedules and coordinate travel logistics.

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to travel daily, up to 100%, to provider practices and homes.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Associate degree or greater in a related field.
• 1–3 years in a healthcare setting.
• 2+ years supporting MA, Commercial, Medicaid, or MSSP quality programs.
• Experience with EMR systems, medical records, or data abstraction.
