Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator - Eye Exam Specialist

📋 Description

• Travel daily to provider practices and patient homes for eye exams.
• Support quality improvement across MA STAR, Commercial, Medicaid, MSSP programs.
• Identify and close quality gaps; collect data from EMR, claims, payer portals.
• Complete training on retinal imaging and operate imaging equipment.
• Educate patients on preventive care and scheduling; support adherence.
• Manage daily eye exam schedule and travel logistics; mileage covered.

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 100% to provider practices and patient homes; training provided.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Associate degree or higher.
• 1-3 years of healthcare setting experience.
• 2 years with MA/Commercial/Medicaid/MSSP quality programs (data abstraction).
• Experience with EMR systems and data abstraction workflows.
