Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator - Eye Exam Specialist

📋 Description

• Perform scheduled diabetic eye exams (retinal screenings) at provider sites.
• Travel daily to provider practices and patient homes; imaging equipment provided.
• Support quality reporting and data abstraction across Medicare Advantage STAR, Commercial, Medicaid, MSSP.
• Serve as a quality improvement resource for internal teams, customers, providers, payers, and care teams.
• Educate patients on preventive care, assist scheduling, and support adherence.
• Manage daily eye exam schedule and travel logistics; mileage covered by the company.

🎯 Requirements

• Willing to travel up to 100% daily; full training provided.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• 1–3 years healthcare experience; data abstraction and payer familiarity preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems and health data; strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
