Clinical Quality Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead clinical quality assurance and professional development across the therapy team while
• Conduct regular quality reviews of clinical notes, treatment plans, diagnostic assessments, and
• Establish and monitor clinical care benchmarks, using chart audit findings to identify trends
• Provide individual and group clinical supervision to assigned therapists, supporting case
• Partner with leadership to hire and onboard new hires, train clinicians on Blackbird's care model
• Provide constructive feedback and tailored instruction based on note audits and clinical

🎯 Requirements

• Active PA LCSW with qualifications to provide clinical supervision in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 3+ years of post-licensure clinical experience delivering psychotherapy to children
• Demonstrated experience conducting clinical supervision, chart audits, or clinical training/quality
• Expertise in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT-informed, TF-CBT, etc.) and
