Clinical Recruiter

📋 Description

• Proactively search for Vet Techs, Vet Assistants, and Vet Receptions through multiple channels.
• Conduct screenings to assess qualifications, experience, skills, and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hospital hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and track recruiting metrics.
• Build strong talent pipelines in a high-volume environment.
• Based in Downtown Chicago; in-office four days/week.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience recommended.
• Knowledge of recruitment process, talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and metrics.
• Strong communication, active listening, and ability to connect with varied stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; derive insights from data and propose actions.
• Customer-service oriented; build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented; can manage high-volume requisitions.
• Stays informed about industry trends and recruitment practices.
