Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Clinical Research Associates across clinical programs.
• Drive performance against quality, productivity, enrollment, and monitoring objectives.
• Provide coaching and co-monitoring support to strengthen monitoring excellence.
• Build team capabilities for Phase I–IV trials and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support study execution and issue resolution.
• Manage performance, development, engagement, and retention strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in planning, executing, and monitoring clinical trials across multiple phases.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/healthcare field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong understanding of drug development, trial monitoring, and study execution.
• GCP knowledge, regulatory requirements, and trial compliance.
• Experience leading and developing teams in clinical research.
• Project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
