Implementation of global studies in Germany
Monitoring of selected trial sites and collaboration with partners and authorities
Site management and ensuring inspection readiness
Coordinate with local CRA teams for timely project progress
Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines
Contribute to ultimate patient care improvements through clinical research

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor or equivalent in a health-related field (e.g., medicine, life sciences, pharmacy)
At least 2 years on-site and remote monitoring experience in Phase 1-4 trials
Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and independent work style
Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and persuasive communication
Fluent German and English
